I was traveling through town and did not know who to contact when 2 of my tires blew out to get me off the street and either get a 2nd spare or them both fixed. The first person I saw mentioned Scott's Towing to me and also had a friend on speed dial who knew Scott personally. Within about 10 minutes Scott himself had arrived and was able to tow me back to his shop. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He also knew someone in town who actually set me up with a spare at about a fraction of the cost. I was blown away today by the customer service I received simply by 2 of my tires blowing out while passing through a town I hadn't even heard of until this morning. I am not from the Chilton area, but would strongly recommend contacting Scott if you're ever in need like I was. Thank you kindly Scott.
What a joke. $180 to recover an impound and then it must be cash and refused a receipt because he gave us a deal and would have to charge an addtl $30 if we want a receipt. Wow. Would not recommend to anyone!
