Ordered two root beer floats and two hot dog with fries. Got one root beer float and hot dog, warm fries, no napkins. Had to order another float and hot dog. Hot dog took over 5 minutes to make. Not another customer in the lot.
If I could give this place a zero, I would. I took them 20 MINUTES to figure out my gift cards, then incorrectly told me I owed her more, even though she owed me money. The tables are sticky as hell, and the workers then gave my friend the wrong flavor blizzard, and was visibly annoyed when we asked her to get the correct flavor. Very unsatisfactory experience.
Always a Yummy treat! My grandson gets a blizzard every time he visits! He will never forget Grant park DQ!
Always SO slow! Food tastes like its been sitting for hours and the workers seem like they are on drugs!!! Do they do a drug test?
